Summer Rates (May - September):
$295 / Night - $1920 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$250 / Night - $1500 / Week
2 night minimum stay.
|
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $100 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost, maximum $500.
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 |
$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
