Prices for Beach Retreat
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10% |
Summer Rates (May - September)
$235 / Night - $1410 / Week

Winter Rates (October - April)
$220 / Night - $1320 / Week

1 week minimum booking from Memorial Day through Labor day.
2 day minimum the rest of the year, 3 days on holiday weekends, 4 days for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
|
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50
Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

I am just back from spending three days and nights at your house... I felt the need to write you a thank you note because it is so rare that one has the chance to stay in a rental house that is actually architecturally enjoyable! We had in our group a product designer, an art gallery director, and an architect so I think your great house and furniture were amply appreciated. As were your cassette tapes. We all also fell fast in love with Willis. And slept outside on the deck under the stars. In any case, we had a fantastic and relaxing weekend and I would jump at the chance to stay there again... - Melissa
