If you're looking for really decadent river experience, Cocopa is it. You can enjoy the magnificent river views from this huge deck, where you'll also find the hot tub or go down to the river and jump in one of the kayaks. It's all here for you at Cocopa.

Built in 2006 with astonishing attention to detail, you'll find large, accommodating spaces and lots of windows overlooking the river.

The living room and master bedroom both boast beautiful stone fireplaces.

The chef's kitchen opens out to the dining room, so it's perfect for groups and entertaining.

The big lawn in the backyard is the perfect place to play croquet (set provided!), or just relax and take in the river views.

When you want to go down to the river, you have your own private access and private dock.

The master bedroom has tons of light and beautiful river views to enjoy from the comfy queen-sized bed.

Each of the other 2 bedrooms has a lovely balcony and queen-sized bed.

The two full bathrooms have stylish tile detailing.

Downstairs at Cocopa is an entirely separate suite complete with its own kitchenette. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a sofabed, it provides great separation of space for larger groups.

The entire floor is a lovely space looking directly out at the river, which you can see from the living room and both bedrooms.

This large downstairs master bedroom has wainscotting for added charm, and a great view of the river.

In the bathroom you'll find period stying and attention to detail. Please note that the bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom.

Prices for Cocopa
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $150 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
