If you love nature and privacy, Deck House is for you! Measuring more than 60 feet, the deck at Deck House is a work of art that runs the length of the hillside and includes multiple sitting areas, a bar, a hot tub, and "windows" that afford maximum privacy with stunning tree views. Some houses have decks, this deck has a house!

The house itself is light and bright, airy and cheerful with many windows in every room. The living room has a wood stove and a lovely piano, as well as sliding glass doors leading to (what else?) the deck.

The huge eat-in kitchen was recently remodeled and boasts a hand-made redwood dining table.

Well stocked, and plenty of room to move around.

The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors to the deck.

You'll also find this sweet little desk in case you need some private work space.

The second bedroom is cozy with a queen bed and a totally renovated en suite bathroom.

Beautiful tile and other details grace the bathroom.

The second bathroom is located off the hallway between the master bedroom and the kids' bedroom, and also has updated features like this gorgeous sink.

The kids' room has 2 twin beds as well as a double futon, for maximum sleeping arrangement flexibility, and lovely views out onto the deck.

If someone in your party wants extra privacy, they can sleep in the "cantina" - a rustic little cottage at the far end of the deck furnished with a daybed with trundle that can be used either as 2 twin beds, or you can pop up the trundle and use them together as a king bed. There's no bathroom here, but the nearest one is not far away in the main house.

The entire deck is enclosed to about waist height, then opens up with glassless "windows" so you have a sense of enclosure while maintaining amazing views of the surrounding forest. And the deck itself gets a ton of sun.

Prices for Deck House
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $150 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: Sorry, no pets.

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
