Prices for Dockside
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10% |
Summer Rates (May - September):
$265 / Night - $1590 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$225 / Night - $1350 / Week
2 night minimum stay. |
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $90 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $795 (one third of $1590).
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 |
$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
