Kudos is as spacious as it is beautiful, so whether you're heading to the river with a group of friends or planning a family vacation, you'll be very comfortable in Kudos' large, stylishly decorated rooms. In the living room you'll find two sofas (one is a queen sleeper), a woodburning stove, and a 30" flat screen TV with DVD in the rustic pine armoire, as well as sliding glass doors leading to the back deck. And of course, wireless high speed internet access. The house has both central heat and air conditioning, so you can regulate the temperature in winter and summer!

Your group will fit comfortably in this elegantly appointed dining area with cheerful art on one wall, and views of the river on the other side.

The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, from coffee maker and grinder to blender and dishwasher. Like the living room, dining room and twin bedroom, the kitchen has beautiful views of the river beyond the large deck.

This long deck spans the length of the house and has wonderfully comfortable furniture, a 2 person swing, gas grill, and 5 person hot tub, all overlooking the river. There's plenty of sun, and a market umbrella for shade. Kudos is located in one of the quietest areas of the Russian River, so you'll get lots of peace and tranquility here.

One of the most amazing things about Kudos is that each spring, the owners bring in enough sand to create a beautiful beach for your private use. Complete with fire pit! The river is about 4 feet deep here, so there is ladder access, and there is also a long neighborhood beach one block away. Kudos comes equipped with 2 kayaks and a 2-person inflatable raft for your use.

All of the bedrooms have vaulted wood ceilings and two have lovely queen size beds. You will love the high quality linens and quilts.

The colors are soothing and relaxing, and the two queen bedrooms each have a 20" flat screen TV with DVD.

Kudos has 2 full bathrooms that have been tastfully updated with beautiful tile and high-end fixtures. One bathroom has a bathtub with shower, the other has a shower stall.

The third bedroom is a sweet and sunny room with great river views and two twin beds that can be pushed together if you like. It's a perfect, peaceful retreat!

This fabulous river home with its own beach, air conditioning, hot tub, and other wonderful amenities is the perfect place for your family or group of friends.

Prices for Kudos
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $125 (includes linens).

Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $720 (one third of $2160).

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50
