Lots of wood and windows keep living room the room warm and light, while the sleek contemporary furniture gives it a sophisticated feel.

The dining area, accented by chic furnishings and pendant lighting, is located directly off the kitchen and allows for ease of entertaining.

With its granite countertops, state of the art stainless steel appliances and warm wood cabinetry, Las Nubes boasts a meticulous and gorgeously remodeled kitchen that will delight any chef or culinary artist. Keep the cook company in this open floorplan that invites everyone in.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and, like the other two bedrooms, luxurious bedding that will make you feel pampered and happy.

Beautiful Craftsman style fixtures punctuate this pristine bathroom, from the pedestal sink, to the wood framed medicine cabinet and picturesque window looking out onto the hillside.

The downstairs suite has its own living room with plenty of windows and light. Attractive timber beams, recessed lighting and intimate leather seating make this room ideal for group games or after dinner conversations. There is also a third bedroom and second full bathroom downstairs. Small groups can rent just the upstairs, large groups can rent both levels (there will never be two separate rentals on the two levels).

Even though it's surrounded by redwoods, Las Nubes is a great place to soak up the sun. And the deck is so large you could try out a new reading spot every day!

This privately situated soft tub has beautiful redwood views, and is the perfect place to relax and unwind while watching the sunset or gazing at the stars.

Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $90 upstairs only or $125 for both units (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $75 per animal

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
