If you're looking for a truly authentic river experience, you'll find it at Neeley Lodge, a gorgeous home built entirely out of redwood. Built in the 1930s by one of the founding families of Guerneville, this home has been in the Neeley family for more than 70 years. Stepping into this huge log "cabin" with 20 foot ceilings in the living room, you'll experience the true majesty of the Russian River in this incredible river-front home with 8 acre beach.

This is the view downriver from the 8 acre beach that you walk to from your backyard (open to only a few neighbors).

This enormous picture window graces the living room, offering beautiful views of the Russian River.

The living room is rustic and comfortable, with an old timey feel but nice amenities like a big-screen TV and wood burning fireplace with insert.

Located above the living room is a loft that's perfect for additional sleeping space.

Despite the age of the house, the kitchen has been completely updated with dark cherry wood cabinets, slate floors, and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher!)

This bath has also been completely remodeled and has a shower stall. The second full bath is charmingly retro, with both a bathtub and shower stall.

The dining room harkens back to yester-year, with antiques and built-ins. Perfect for a nice family dinner!

Two of the bedrooms continue the rustic feel. Both have windows overlooking the river and lovely queen size beds.

The third bedroom is light and bright, with another queen size bed and whimsical clouds on the ceiling.

Outside you'll find everything you need for relaxing in the backyard -- a built-in BBQ and wetbar, outdoor fireplace, and nice sunny lawn.

Prices for Neeley Lodge
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $135 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
