The front deck is surrounded by beautiful foliage and is very private and serene.

Inside you'll find this exquisite kitchen, complete with granite tile counters, Brazilian slate floors, vaulted ceilings, and windows everywhere.

Within the large kitchen is this charming dining area, which can seat 4 comfortably.

The cozy living room invites you to sink into the comfortable leather couch (which converts to a queen sleeper) and relax by the charming gas stove.

The bedroom also has vaulted ceilings and a queen-sized bed that will pamper you with its silky spreads and downy cushions.

The bathroom is light and airy with new tiles and soft lighting.

The backyard offers more beautiful landscaping and privacy, and can be set up with a dog run for those bringing their (welcome!) canine companions.

What better way to relax or celebrate than in a 4 person hot tub under the stars, surrounded by trees? When it's time for a stroll or some time in the river, the dog-friendly neighborhood beach is only 3 blocks away.

Prices for Old Goat House
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $80 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
