Orchard View is a charming modern farmhouse situated in the midst of a glorious old orchard and surrounded by extensive flowering gardens. This home has a strong feeling of openness and space, yet it's one of our most private homes because it's set on so much acreage. Best of all, you have direct access from the property to a huge private beach. If you're looking for a gorgeous country getaway, this is the perfect spot.

This home has a main house and adjacent cottage, providing both great proximity and separation of space.

Inside the main house you'll find an open floorplan with windows everywhere looking out on the gardens and orchards. The rustic chic décor is high quality and comfortable.

The living room is large yet cozy thanks to a lovely wood-burning stove. Out the windows you can see the long porch and the orchards beyond.

The kitchen is cheery and well equipped, with a bar separating it from the dining area.

Upstairs in the main house are two bedrooms, including this serene master bedroom with unobstructed views in all directions.

The second bedroom upstairs has whimsical murals on the walls, a twin bed, and bunk beds that are sure to please the kids (OK for grown-ups too!)

The two full bathrooms have charming antique features like this salvaged cabinet.

The downstairs bedroom is a beautiful, light-filled room with lots of windows and lovely views, with an antique full-sized bed to snuggle up in.

The wrap-around porch runs the length of the house and looks out on the orchard and the hills beyond. The river is just beyond the orchard and through some trees.

Adjacent to the main house (connected by a short covered porch) is a lovely studio cottage with full bath and sumptuous king-size bed.

French doors in the cottage open out to a sweet little deck overlooking - you guessed it - the orchard!

Surrounding the house are extensive gardens full of flowers and color. Help yourself to fruit and veggies as they become ripe and ready.

Orchard View is only 2 miles to downtown Guerneville. And to top it off, there is a trail leading directly from the house to a huge private beach.

The perfect place to relax with a glass of wine.

A five-minute walk from the house will take you to an uncrowded 1/2-mile-long beach.

Prices for Orchard View
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $135 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
