Osprey Hill is a charming hillside cottage with river canyon views, situated privately on a hill overlooking the quiet Vacation Beach area of Guerneville established in the 1920s. With two bedrooms, each with its own bath, it is a great place for two couples to get away. |
The open living room/dining room has a quality stereo system with CD player and iPod hookups, and an expandable table for 4-6. |

Osprey Hill is cozy but extremely comfortable, furnished with high end contemporary pieces and the occassional antique. |
The kitchen, separated from the living areas by a wonderful redwood bar, is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, ice-cream maker, and garbage disposal. |

The master bedroom is surrounded by windows, so you can wake up to a view of the treetops. It has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. |

The small bedroom is the perfect place to sleep in, even if your traveling companions are early risers. With its own bath and a double bed, it is the more private bedroom. |
The back deck abuts the tree covered hillside and has a hot tub for 4, a gas grill, lounge and a table for 4. |

Summer Rates (May - September):
$190 / Night - $1140 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$170 / Night - $1020 / Week
2 night minimum stay. |
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $380 (one third of $1140).
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 |
$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
