Rendezvous - is THE picturesque place to meet up. This beautiful riverfront property features two individual and extensively remodeled cottages set side by side. The wonderful separation of space allows for friends or families to each have their own private living quarters, both overlooking the river. Rendezvous I has 1 bed/1 bath, Rendezvous II has 2 bed/1 bath.

Cook up a storm at Rendezvous or take turns cooking. Each cottage has its own remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and new appliances.

Set the mood and keep toasty warm by this charming gas stove located in the one-bedroom cottage living room. Or, stay in the two-bedroom and warm yourself by the pellet stove.

Vaulted timber beam ceilings warm the interior of the two-bedroom cottage. Plenty of comfy seating for everyone to sit and catch up after a day of outdoor activities.

This expansive deck is located off the two-bedroom cottage living room, and looks directly out over the river. Take in the views or treat yourself to a sunrise breakfast - all while never leaving the comfort of your cottage.

Your own private dock with canoe included will have you spending a leisurely day basking in the sun and drifting gently down the river. Rendezvous is a great escape for all members of the family; including the furry four-legged ones. The two cottages share a completely fenced yard that Fidoes of all shapes and sizes will enjoy.

Prices for Rendezvous
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $140 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $75 per animal

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
