Rio Paradiso sits on over a quarter of an acre of beautiful and lush surroundings. It's a great spot to play catch with the kids or take an after dinner stroll.

The living room is a cozy spot to relax. Besides the sofa, there is comfortable seating for three next to the fireplace and additional chairs that can be moved about as you see fit. The TV is stowed away in the nearby armoire.

The open floorplan allows in lots of light and the beautiful countryside views. The large banks of windows and ceiling fan create a wonderful summer cross breeze. Both decks can be easily accessed from their respective doors off the living area which makes this home perfect for dining outside.

Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs that comfortably seats 6. A bank of large windows lets in the light and views beyond.

The fully equipped kitchen at Rio Paradiso is open and bright. It opens out onto the dining and living area making it a great kitchen for entertaining.

The bedrooms are painted in calm yet cheery colors and their almost identical in shape, size and layout.

Both bedrooms are similarly furnished with queen size beds and lovely antique pieces.

The bathroom is brightly lit with remodeled fixtures and shower over tub combination. It's located off the hallway between the two bedrooms.

If you've had enough sun for the day, this section of the yard is a nice place to escape into a good book under the shade of the trees.

Perched like a tree house in a cluster of massive redwoods, the brand new hot tub has lovely views.

Rio Paradiso is a delightful riverfront cabin in historic Duncans Mills. It's an ideal home for a family or two couples looking for a comfortable riverfront destination yet packed with all the perks of a larger home. Over a quarter acre of riverfront property complete with your own fire pit, picnic area, two decks, kayaks and hot tub all just a twenty minute walk from Duncans Mills' art galleries, antique shops and restaurants.

In the height of summer, both decks will get full sun for several hours a day. This deck is a great spot for doing a little sun worshiping with an icy beverage and a good book, watching the sunrise with a cup of Joe, or watching it set with a glass of local vino. Just off the kitchen, the second deck has a patio set with table and gas BBQ making it a great spot for al fresco dining.

After a lazy day by the river, gather everyone around for a picnic and some marshmallow roasting in the outdoor fire pit.

Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $90 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
