River's Edge is a large riverfront property with delightful views and easy river access. The large back lawn slopes gently down to the river and an observation deck. The observation deck is furnished with chairs and is ideal for watching the wildlife on the river or checking out the kayakers as they go by. With a 2 bedroom cottage, small adjacent studio, and larger studio with loft bedroom, this property can sleep 8-12, and the wonderful separation of spaces makes this the perfect place for large groups of friends or extended family.

River's Edge Cottage is a beautifully furnished two bedroom riverfront home, with amazing river views and river access. This sweet cottage has a wide front porch, perfect for lazy summer days, and a large front yard.

The Cottage living room has a pull-out couch, gas stove, and cozy chairs, perfect for reading a book or taking a nap. It looks out to the large front yard, ideal for a volleyball or croquet game.

The Cottage kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The dining area has French doors leading to the back deck, where you'll find seating, a gas grill and incomparable views - the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee or preparing a barbeque feast.

The Cottage master bedroom boasts French doors leading to the deck and providing an afternoon breeze. It has a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens and a down comforter. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and plenty of windows. It's a quiet, peaceful retreat.

The adjacent studio bedroom is perfect for another couple, grandparents, or older kids. It has a queen-sized futon, TV with DVD, and small but fully equipped kitchen.

River's Edge Treehouse is an impeccably remodeled studio that's perfect for your Russian River vacation. It is truly magical, with trees swaying in the breeze surrounding it and the most amazing river views imaginable. The deck is ideal for enjoying your early morning coffee and for lazy afternoons lying in the sun. It has a table and chairs, a gas grill and amazing panoramic views of the Russian River.

The studio is light, airy and spacious and has a sleeping loft with a custom-designed circular staircase. The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has a shower over a tub.

The bright and sunny living room has a sofabed, chair and TV/DVD player and a gas fireplace. River's Edge Treehouse also has wi-fi so you can really get away without being totally isolated.

This is a newly remodeled rental with a new bed, linens, kitchen goods, and furnishings. Wake up to the view of treetops out this sunny window, and the sound of absolute peace and tranquility.

The dock is ideal for taking a dip or for launching your kayak.

The property is minutes from the charming towns of Guerneville and Monte Rio. It is located in Sonoma County, famous for its vineyards... drive ten minutes to the nearest wine tasting. Salt Rock Beach where the Russian River meets the Pacific is 20 miles away and Armstrong State Park, with its towering Redwoods and hiking trails is minutes from Guerneville. Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $150 (includes linens).

Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $930 (one third of $2790).

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50
