The studio is light, airy and spacious and has a sleeping loft with a custom-designed circular staircase. The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare meals. The bathroom has a shower over a tub. |

Summer Rates (May - September):
$180 / Night - $1080 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$140 / Night - $840 / Week
2 night minimum stay. |
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $80 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $360 (one third of $1080).
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 |
