Welcome to Riverside Chateau, a gorgeous riverfront home with private beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Nestled in the redwoods, the property is also very sunny and warm. With 2 decks overlooking the river and lots of privacy, you'll feel like you're in a different world.

One of the best views is from the brand new 6 person hot tub, which is situated on the lower deck and is covered, so you can even hot tub in the rain! Check out the kayaks floating by while you soak.

Inside the Chateau, you'll find rooms that have been lovingly maintained or beautifully renovated. The large living room is a wonderful marriage of modern and vintage, with a brand new leather sectional sofabed (queen-sized) and charming gas "wood" stove.

The living room also has a large flat-screen TV (with DVD) and french doors out to the deck overlooking the river.

The custom country kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a deep farmhouse sink. So nicely designed and beautiful, you'll love cooking here!

Gaze at the river while dining in this gorgeous spot with 2 sets of french doors and tons of light, or open the doors and dine al fresco on the deck.

Just outside the dining room you'll find this table and chairs on the deck overlooking the river. It's the perfect place for brunch or a good BBQ dinner.

The master bedroom is bright and sunny, spacious yet cozy with vaulted ceilings and big windows. And a very comfy queen sized bed.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and french doors to a lovely little balcony.

The upstairs bath is like something from a fairytale, with a gorgeous rounded pedestal vanity and arched entry to the shower. The second bathroom, downstairs, has a clawfoot tub in case you feel the need for a luxurious bath.

The family room downstairs is great for a game of cards, or just hanging out gazing at the river. It has french doors that open to the lower deck, hot tub, and stairs to the backyard and river beyond.

The sweet little downstairs bedroom is comfy and cozy, and conveniently located right next to the hot tub! Please note that because the downstairs is not insulated, it’s appropriate for summer use only. Thus, the house is 2 bed/1 bath in the winter.

You'll find this charming bath with clawfoot tub adjacent to both the downstairs bedroom and family room.

You'll find a gas grill on the large deck, tucked in between the many french doors of this charming home.

This private beach depends somewhat on river level, but has been here in the summer for several years now. The beach is shared with neighbors and kayakers.

Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $135 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 per animal

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
