Prices for Riverside Retreat

Summer Rates (May - September):
$200 / Night - $1200 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$170 / Night - $1020 / Week
2 night minimum stay. |
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $450 (one third of $1350).
