Seaton Hill House - Guerneville, California

Seaton Hill House is a large, amazingly remodeled house perched on a hill that is both surrounded by trees and flooded with light. It retains so many charming features while providing maximum comfort. It's a fabulous place to gather with family and friends.

The thoughtfully furnished sunroom runs almost the entire length of the house and opens onto the living room and both dining rooms.

The beautiful living room and adjoining dining area are serenely bathed in light from the sky lights, glass French doors and archways. The French doors can be opened to let in the summer breeze and bring in food hot off the nearby gas grill.

The living room is a cozy spot to gather for a good movie or after dinner conversations. The entertainment center is equipped with a HDTV with cable, DVD player and a home theater sound system.

One of two elegant dining areas. This dining area off the adjoining living room comfortably seats 4 while taking in the views beyond. It also makes a great place to gather for group games.

The formal dining room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The dining table easily pulls out to accommodate 6.

The fully-equipped galley style kitchen is both bright and cheery. There's ample space for a few cooks in the kitchen.

This corner bedroom with queen size bed is one of two bedrooms with the original gorgeous knotty pine ceilings and walls.

The second bedroom, also with queen bed, is another serene and peaceful retreat.

All of the bedrooms have beautiful views of the redwoods beyond. This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.

Perfect for kids or two single adults, this bedroom comes equipped with two twin beds.

This is one of two full bathrooms. This downstairs bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and features a magnificent claw-foot tub as well as a free standing shower.

The 6-person hot tub lets you take in the gorgeous surroundings and do a bit of communing with nature while still being ultra private.

Seaton Hill House is set in a private, tranquil and serene yet sunny location. It's an ideal home for groups looking to unwind and get away from it all. It's just up two flight of stairs that you'll find a secluded oasis all your own.

Please note that Seaton Hill House is located on a steep hill on a windy one-lane road. There are two flights of steps going up to the house. If you are not comfortable with any of these features we recommend reserving a different house.

Prices for Seaton Hill House
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $150 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 per animal

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
