The living area has a library, stone fireplace, and leather queen sleeper. There is central heat for comfort and a wood-burning fireplace for pleasure to make it cozy. |

The fully equipped kitchen has modern amenities including gas range, dishwasher, microwave and is situated off a large redwood deck with a gas barbecue for grilling and deck furniture that makes entertaining and gracious summer time outdoor living easy. |
An additional dining room surrounded by wrap around windows provides plenty of places to sit and enjoy relaxing meals with family or friends, play cards and feel cool breezes on a summer evening. |

The front bedroom has pretty tree views. Both bedrooms have queen beds with down comforters, and comfortable linens, and are separated by a bath with a double-sized shower. |

A grass lawn tempts you to play lawn games or just relax and stand barefoot in it. With your own private trail to a popular neighborhood beach known for its shallow water access, swimming and boating are easy daily activities. Two inner tubes are provided and kayak and canoe rentals are available in town. |

Prices for Sweetwater Cottage
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10% |
Summer Rates (May - September):
$225 / Night - $1350 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$200 / Night - $1200 / Week
2 night minimum stay. |
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $450 (one third of $1350).
Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50 |
$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
