Look out over the granite-topped bar from the kitchen into the dining room, where there's a working fireplace. The perfect place for guests to relax and keep the chef company!

Just beyond the french doors in the dining room you'll find this sunny, private patio -- a great place for coffee or brunch.

The master bedroom is furnished with antiques and a queen-sized bed, and looks out into the willow in the backyard.

This charming guest room has an antique double bed and lots of light. There are 2 other bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a separate "plus" room with a daybed with trundle, so Villa Giovanni can comfortably sleep 10 in maximum privacy.

The sunny backyard has a large flat area with tables, chairs, umbrellas and loungers, with glimpses of downtown Occidental beyond.

Terraces in the backyard provide nooks for a hammock, bench, and abundant flowering plants. With so much space, you'll be able to find just the right spot for relaxing in either the sun or shade.

This 2500 square foot home will provide you with so many comforts, yet it's completely solar-powered, so you will know that your stay has impacted the environment as little as possible.

Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10%

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.

Cleaning Fee: $135 (includes linens).

Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.

Refundable Dog/Pet Deposit: $50

$20 dollar booking fee (non-refundable).
