Vineyard Retreat is a one story cottage on an oversized secluded property directly across the road from the Williams Selyem, Drake Estate Vineyard. Here you'll experience a lot of privacy and beautiful tree and vineyard views, but it's only a short walk to the river. |
The house is full of windows for lots of light, and it's surrounded by greenery for restful views. The living room, like the rest of the house, has vaulted ceilings, as well as hardwood floors and a lovely wood-burning fireplace. |

The second bedroom is cozy and quiet, with a view of the hillside behind the house. |

The sweet country kitchen looks out on and opens up to the back patio, which is perfect for backyard barbequing. You'll find everything you need in this kitchen for serious cooking -- gas range, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, juicer, Calphalon cookware, Kitchenaid mixer, Cuisinart, and dishwasher. |
Vineyard Retreat is located in a clearing at the top of a small hill, so it gets tons of light but is also very private. This mid-century home has been lovingly updated for maximum comfort and style. |

Prices for Vineyard Retreat
Please Note: most Holidays are an additional 10% |
Summer Rates (May - September):
$235 / Night - $1410 / Week
1 week minimum stay.

Winter Rates (October - April):
$200 / Night - $1200 / Week
2 night minimum stay (3 for holidays) |
County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $85 (includes linens).
Refundable Security Deposit: Add the equivalent of 1/3 of home rental cost. For example, the refundable security deposit for a weeks stay in the Summer Rates would be $430 (one third of $1290). |
