Although this is a shared property (LaCzar Vineyard owners live in the main house onsite), Yellow House Haven is set off to one side of the several acres property, has lots of privacy, and unobstructed vineyard views. Plus, with a tasting room on site, you can set up a private tasting whenever you like! |

1 week minimum booking from Memorial Day through Labor day.
2 day minimum the rest of the year, 3 days on holiday weekends, 4 days for Christmas and Thanksgiving.

County tax is 11% on top of home rental cost.
Cleaning Fee: $90 (includes linens).
Damage Fee: In lieu of the standard security deposit there will be a non refundable damage fee of $40.00, which will relieve renters of the costs for all unintentional and incidental damage to the rental home or its contents up to a maximum of $500. The damage fee DOES NOT cover intentional damage, excessive cleaning (including dirty dishes), unscheduled hot tub drain/refill, loss of a watercraft, or damage resulting from any violation of the rental agreement (i.e. exceeding the maximum number of guests), house rules, or dog rules.
