The large living room is a wonderful combination of modern and vintage, with a brand new leather sectional and charming fireplace. The living room also has a large smart TV with A Blu-ray player. French doors out to the deck overlook the river.

The custom country kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a deep farmhouse sink. So nicely designed and beautiful, you'll love cooking here. Gaze at the river while dining in this gorgeous spot with two sets of French doors and tons of natural light, or open the doors and dine alfresco on the deck.

One of the best views is from the brand new six-person hot tub, which is situated on the lower deck and is covered, so you can even hot tub in the rain. Check out the kayaks floating by while you soak. In nice weather, you can walk down the back steps to a large private beach, accessible only to neighbors. The perfect place for summer relaxation or a nice winter stroll.
